Mike Thon has over 19 years of experience in the food industry; starting with managing the top producing Papa Murphy Pizza store on the Eastside of Seattle. Mike has since worked at the Tamarack in Lakeside, excelling at pizzas and his famous Mad Mike wings. For the past 2 ½ years Mike has been the Lead Cook at a therapeutic boarding school. It has been Mike’s goal to put healthy, exciting meals together for employees and clients. In his free time, Mike enjoys hitting the slopes, hanging out at the lake, and visiting family and friends.
